First Class Collision is a high-volume, fast-paced auto body repair shop seeking a Tear Down & Assembly Technician who takes pride in detailed, quality work. The ideal candidate can also assist with parts stocking and organization and perform light mechanical or body work when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle tear downs for damage assessment
Reassemble vehicles after repairs according to factory specifications
Handle minor repairs (small panel work, light body work, basic part replacement)
Assist with parts receiving, stocking, and organization
Communicate any hidden or supplemental damage to the team
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Must have your own tools
Mechanical knowledge is a big plus
Experience with minor repairs or body work preferred
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
